This giveaway is sponsored by TransRockies Inc. and Rogue Expeditions (“Sponsors”)

Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada
Must be 18 years or older at time of entry
Void where prohibited by law
Employees, officers, directors of TransRockies Inc., Rogue Expeditions, their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) entry to one 2026 TransRockies Run event
Winner may choose from available 2026 TransRockies Run events including:
- Moab Run the Rocks (3-day)
- Golden Ultra (3-day)
- TransRockies Run (3-day)
- TranSelkirks Run (3-day)
Prize value varies by event selected, up to $2,599 USD
Prize includes:
- Race registration
- Finisher medal and swag
- Access to all aid stations
- Event t-shirt
- Post-race festivities

Prize does NOT include:

Random drawing conducted approximately June 3, 2025
Winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection
Winner must claim prize within 7 days of notification
If winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim prize, alternate winner will be selected
Winner must complete and return required documentation within specified timeframe
Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release

Winner must:

Sign TransRockies liability waiver
Meet all race entry requirements including:
- Medical fitness
- Age requirements
- Necessary gear/equipment
Complete registration by specified deadline
Arrange own transportation and accommodation

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from TransRockies Inc. and Rogue Expeditions
Winners grant Sponsors right to use name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without compensation
All personal information subject to Sponsors’ Privacy Policies
Opt-out available at any time

Sponsors not responsible for:

Technical failures of any kind
Lost, late, or misdirected entries
Any injury or damage related to participation
Race cancellations or modifications
Sponsors reserve right to cancel or modify giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise integrity

Winners must follow all appropriate state/provincial and/or international guidelines for travel
Sponsors’ decisions are final in all matters related to this giveaway

Selection must be made within 30 days of notification
Winner must register for selected event by registration deadline
Winner may be subject to waitlists if selected event is sold out
