The Parma Marathon, set amidst the sprawling plains of the Emilia-Romagna region, beckons with undulating hills and the promise of a course both challenging and awe-inspiring.

The race unfolds through a mosaic of ancient architecture, open fields, and the beauty of the region’s natural reserves. From the starting line in the heart of the city, runners navigate through Parma’s cobblestone streets, past the majesty of the Parma Cathedral and under the  the imposing Palazzo della Pilotta.

As the cityscape gives way to the countryside, the air fills with the scent of dew-soaked grass and the distant echo of church bells. The final stretch emerges into a breathtaking panorama of the towering Apennine Mountains, their peaks wreathed in the cool mist of the early morning.

The race offers distances of 10k, 24k, 32k, and 42k.
