Breathe in the beauty of the Mexican highlands as you tackle the Monterrey Marathon, set against the rugged ridgelines of the Sierra Madre Oriental. This race is a journey through the wilderness, where the wild terrain of Nuevo León unfolds beneath your feet.
The course is a challenging trail marathon that winds through towering forests and ascends steep escarpments. Runners will traverse the sweeping trails of Chipinque Natural Park, balancing the technical demands of the rocky outcrops with the delight of the mist-shrouded landscapes.
Runners can choose between the full marathon distance, with the added challenge of tackling the region’s high elevations and rugged trails.
